Our Team

Moores Health is an independently operated nurse practitioner–led clinic run by Nurse Practitioner Jennifer Moores, who provides on-site primary care services five days per week. The clinic is affiliated with the local Primary Care Network, and a Primary Care Network nurse attends the clinic two days per week (Tuesdays and Wednesdays) to support chronic disease management and patient care.
